Ballet and Dance
Stamford Twin Rinks is the proud home of the Springdale Ballet and Dance Academy. This is the 19th season continuing a tradition of excellence and enjoyment.
STR houses a fully equipped and mirrored professional dance studio featuring a brand new top-of-the-line dance floor. For the 2014-15 academic year (September – June), classes are offered on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. They include much-loved, traditional Ballet (Pre-Ballet, Ballet I, and Ballet II) and fun combination Ballet-Tap classes.
Students show off their skills in classes attended by family and friends at the winter holidays and also each spring. In the summer, we offer Hip Hop, Ballet, Stretch, and Jazz classes. Springdale Ballet and Dance Academy Sessions: Fall/Winter: September 2, 2014 – June 12, 2015.
Instructor Adrienne Riter was born and raised in Portland, OR and received the majority of her ballet training at The Portland Ballet where she performed numerous roles with their Youth Company and attended summer intensives with ABT, Boston Ballet, and Nashville Ballet among others. After she graduated from Jesuit High School she moved to New York to attend Marymount Manhattan College. Adrienne graduated in 2011 with a BFA in Dance and a business minor. After graduation Adrienne spent a year as a teaching artist with Bodyvox Dance Center where she led there in school residencies in the Portland area public schools, as well as taught youth dance classes at multiple local studios. In September 2012, Adrienne came back eat again and moved to Stamford, CT to take a position with the Connecticut Ballet.
Instructor Kaylin Carlucci graduated from Suny Purchase College with a BFA in Dance. She teaches in the Connecticut and New York area.

Register on-line by clicking HERE for a drop-down menu of days, times, and levels. STR takes Visa or Mastercard for on-line registrations. Under Season, choose a Session. (Ex. First session would be “Fall/Win 2014-2015”) Under Level, choose your preferred day and class/level. (Ex. For a Thursday combination class at the Ballet I level, select “THU Ballet I/Tap Combo 18 wks”) Under Sessions, your class time will appear automatically in RED. Click Continue.
