STR and the Springdale Figure Skating Club offer daily schedules of Freestyle, Moves in the Field, and Dance Sessions six days a week, providing competitive skaters ample practice time throughout the year and recreational skaters a varied choice of sessions to fit their busy schedules. A top-flight professional staff and "State of the Art" facility provide skaters with a relaxed, comfortable atmosphere. The Figure Skating Program is divided into four seasons, Fall, Winter, Spring and Summer. Members and non-members may subscribe to any number of ice sessions at a reduced rate, with priority going to members of the Springdale FSC. Walk-on skaters are allowed if sessions are not full. A comprehensive 9-week Summer Figure Skating School includes ballet, Broadway Theatre Dance/Jazz, Hip-hop, Fitness and clinics, in addition to several hours of ice time per day.

to sign up for all skating sessions are available in the lobby of Stamford Twin Rinks, or you may download registration forms to register for fall/winter figure skating sessions and ballet school from the Springdale Figure Skating Club website and fax them to STR at 203-321-1522.
